QMP provides a broad range of machined parts, subassemblies and complete assemblies, in Stainless, Ferrous, non-Ferrous, and exotic metals, plastics, and castings to customers throughout North America. We specialize in prototype and short-run quantities, and have combined precision, quality and service providing an exceptional level of customer support. We produce a wide variety of customer-designed parts to exacting tolerances for the aerospace, medical, pharmaceutical, electronics, machine building, food packaging and paper industries.

Complementing our machining capabilities is our machinery building & rebuilding capability. We build complex machinery from customer-supplied designs for a diversity of industries. Using your drawings we can build a machine or a complete system that will solve your production problem. We have extensive fabrication and assembly skills, and are ready to partner with you on your next project.

Our Amada Pulsar 2415 NT laser system allows high speed precision cutting of sheet metal parts.  Synchronized stainless steel rollers and a high speed capacitive head provide scratch-free stainless and aluminum parts

We are EDM specialists - a bold statement - but one that is certainly backed by many years of hands-on experience creating intricate parts and prototypes from our EDM department. QMP has both conventional EDM facilities and CNC traveling-wire EDM's operating in a controlled atmosphere, cutting complex geometric shapes to tolerances of ±.0002".
